Refund/Return Policy

Our goal is to deliver high-quality digital and business support services. Due to the digital nature of many of our products, please read this Refund Policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, Downloadables)

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • No refunds will be provided once access/download has been granted.

2. Service-Based Products (Consultations, Strategy Sessions, DFY Services)

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased:

a. Consultation Sessions

  • Refunds allowed only if the session has not been attended or delivered.

b. Done-For-You (DFY) or Managed Services

Refunds are considered case-by-case and only when:

  • No work has started
  • Deliverables have not been provided

Once work begins, refunds are not available.

3. Subscription or Membership Services

Customers may cancel at any time.
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.

4. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged due to an error:
Email us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email containing:

  • Full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Order ID or receipt
  • Reason for request
